Condolences on the Arba'een of Imam Hussein

The occasion of Arba'een of Hussein, a reminder of the eternal epic of love and sacrifice, is mourned.

This great movement, beyond a religious ritual, is a human-building and civilization-creating school of thought. The university, as the center of science and culture, has the mission to elucidate these precious gems and transmit them to the younger generation. We request our dear professors, staff, and students to institutionalize this pure culture in society by holding scientific, cultural, and artistic programs, as well as enthusiastic participation in the Arba'een pilgrimage, and to transform the university into a base for promoting freedom, justice, and solidarity.

We hope to be true followers of Hussein and to draw inspiration from this school of thought in enlightening and serving society.

Arba'een of Hussein is mourned by all devoted followers of Ahl al-Bayt (AS).
