Required Documents for Student Loan Registration

1- Notarized Undertaking

2- Copy of the guarantor's employment order along with a pay stub

3- Copy of the guarantor's national ID card and birth certificate

4- Copy of the applicant's (student's) national ID card and student ID card

5- Tejarat Bank account number in the student's name

6- Completed loan application forms

1. The guarantor must be a permanent or official employee.
2. Retired permanent or official guarantors must have a salary deduction letter from their respective department.

(In addition, students who have previously received a loan should only submit the completed loan forms to Student Affairs)
