• Overseeing the proper implementation of financial and accounting laws and regulations
• Collaborating in the preparation and organization of the budget for executive units
• Responding to inquiries and guiding heads of executive units on financial matters
• Supervising the accurate recording of all financial activities in relevant ledgers
• Reviewing prepayments, advances, and related documents
• Preparing financial reports required by the accounting officer
• Receiving and disbursing payments for employees
